Custom Orders
Yes, I love to work directly with customers. Since everything I make is made one at a time, I can tweak things or start fresh to make something special for you. If you like a bag style, but want it in a different color, size or with a different strap, etc. just send me a message and llet's. talk!
It depends on where you are and sometimes where I am. Orders generally will take 2-4 days to be prepared for shipping, then another 3-5 to arrive.
Custom orders may take from 4-6 weeks depending upon what you have ordered.
Shipping
Bridger Leather typically ships only via UPS. I will ship UPS Ground, unless you specify differently.
I will use USPS if shipping to a PO Box, because UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Typically, UPS Ground will deliver from 3-5 business days, depending upon where you are located.
If you need quicker delivery please choose accordingly in the shipping section in the cart.
Leather Care
TIP #1. Keep your leather product out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.
TIP #2 lightly dust your bag but avoid water. If you need to clean a spot, use a leather cleaner from a brand such as Apple Brand Leather Cleaner, available on Amazon.
TIP #3 If your bag gets a scratch, some types of leathers have enough oil to erase the scratch. Try this hack: use a hair dryer on low heat. Hold the dryer over the scratch for a minute to heat the leather then try to rub out the scratch. NOTE: not all leathers will do this, but the oilier pull-up leathers will work.
TIP #4 Conditioning your leather: Occasionally you leather will benefit from conditioning to keep the leather supple. Use a natural leather cream or leather conditioner. I like Kelly's Professional shoe cream or Apple Brand Leather Cleaner and Conditioner. ALWAYS test in an incomspicuous location before doing the whole bag. Most creams will darken the leather then fade as they are absorbed. This usually takes several hours or over night.
Returns

Ready Made orders may be returned with the following conditions:
Please submit your return request within 3 days of receipt of your order. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt in pristine, unused condition. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Upon inspection, and having met the requirements above, a full refund will be issued to the payment method provided at check out, less the original shipping charges.
Ready Made Return requests that do not meet these requirements may still be returned: The bag must be returned within 14 days and arrive in pristine, unused condition. A Store Credit will be applied to your account. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Custom Orders: custom orders cannot be returned and are non refundable.
