Cuffs are sourced from Italy and are of great quality.  They come in either stainless steel or 24K Gold plate over Stainless Steel.

Cuff is 3/8" tall and 2.25" across the inside.  They are adjustable. Gently squeezing to open or close to fit your wrist.
